    Abstract: 公寓大廈管理條例於民國八十四年六月九日三讀通過，並在同年六月二十八日公佈施行，因過程匆促，難免有遺漏、不妥之處，亟需施行細則加以補充、解釋，所幸，公寓大廈管理條例的施行細則於民國八十五年十月二日由內政部發布，對於公寓大廈管理條例之順利施行，有莫大之助益，本文擬逐條式的介紹此施行細則，其間並提出若干之相關問題。
