    Title: 台灣產木鱉果成份含量及其生物活性研究

    Abstract: 木鱉果是一種熱帶水果具知含有多種生物成份有助益人類健康,本研究進行台灣產木鱉果生物活性分析, DPPH抗氧化能力試驗,及利用MTT Assay測定木鱉果萃取物抑制數種癌細胞株A2058 (human melanoma cancer), HepG2 (human hepatoma cancer), AGS (human stomach cancer), CL48 (normal liver cell line)之毒殺效果。利用HPLC定量木鱉果不同部位萃取物之葉黃素(Lutein)含量。試驗結果總三萜類以種籽水萃(DI-Aril)144.6 mg/g含量較高,試驗數據顯示木鱉果之果肉及果皮含有較高量的多醣體及三萜類,總多酚以水萃稍高於乙醇萃取。木鱉果萃取物在DPPH抗氧化能力試驗中,發現隨萃取物濃度增加,抗氧化能力亦增加,故具有優秀之抗氧化能力表現。透過MTT細胞毒殺試驗結果顯示,木鱉果萃取物並不會傷害正常人類肝細胞(CL48),木鱉果種籽水萃(DI-Aril)、果皮水萃(DI-peel)及果皮酒精(Ethanol-peel)於62.5 μg/mL對肝癌細胞有約22-32.61%抑制效果,但對人類胃癌細胞(AGS)在各種濃度則不具抑制效果。HPLC 分析木鱉果不同部位萃取物之葉黃素(lutein)在果皮(peel)、果肉(pulp)及種籽(aril)之含量以果皮(peel)最高為237.9 ug/0.1g。
