    Title: 探討預發芽糙米及其萃取物對代謝症候群改善調節機轉-動物模式與細胞試驗

    Abstract: 預發芽糙米(pre-germinated brown rice, PGBR)源自日本,由糙米浸泡於水中使其輕微芽。糙米在發芽過程會使內部酵素活化,改變營養成分,進而提高營養價值。
    我們由已收集保存之動物實驗檢體進行血脂、體重的調控機轉的分析,結果呈現發芽糙米可以預防高脂飲食誘導的高血脂,是經由促進糞便血脂的排出、提升肝臟脂質代謝蛋白表現與調節脂肪組織激素的分泌而影響脂肪代謝以達降血脂效能。
    我們由PGBR萃取出富含伽瑪-米糠醇,將PGBR萃取物並對照市售伽瑪-米糠醇進行細胞實驗,結果呈現PGBR萃取物對血糖的調控、促進細胞利用葡萄糖及並可以影響葡萄糖攝入細胞之基因與蛋白質的表現的有效成份的確是伽瑪-米糠醇。
    因此我們認為發芽糙米對於代謝症候群的預防是有一定的效能,未來本研究室將持續將其發展為機能性健康食品。
