    Abstract: 毒澱粉事件衝擊台灣國際形象,更讓傳統無辜的食品產業受害者雪上加霜,經營上有苦難言。本研究以南台灣有原住民紅寶石之稱的紅藜作為計畫推廣,此二種原物料正是可替代目前所使用不良澱粉的明日之星。經此計劃有效執行,除將達到葛鬱金及紅藜高效能利用外,擬透過專業檢驗認證,以提昇至創新商品化開發為目的,因此相信葛鬱金及紅藜將成為南台灣原住民地區,最具有競爭力的產業元素,並達到促進原鄉就業與產業經濟價值提昇的最高效益。
