    Abstract: 近年來，亞洲各國因為國力及經濟的消長快速，以導致社會上各種不公平現象(inequity)日益明顯。而在醫療服務之獲得與消費上，民眾應享有的權利是否會因這不公平現象有所限制；公立醫療院所所扮演的角色亦尤其受各國政府所關注。為探求醫療公平性之真實有效的數據，適當的方法尤其重要，本文蒐集了重要相關文獻，並整理出一系列適用於推演的計算公式，以搭配不同型態的社區健康調查資料。
