    Abstract: 台灣當前有機農業蓬勃發展,但缺乏農業害蟲生物防治之資材,致使有機農業發展遭受瓶頸。如生技公司能發展微生物製劑並能註冊商品化,則將嘉惠於有機農業農法,有助於提升有機農業產品之品質。本研究室新開發之高氏淡紫菌菌株PMU-77, 經食品工業研究所鑑定為Purpureocillium takamizusanense,具強昆蟲致病性,實驗室試驗對鱗翅目、鞘翅目及半翅目農業害蟲生物防治有顯著效果。本菌株具商業化作為微生物殺蟲劑之潛力,配合本實驗室累積發展微生物製劑之經驗,將可提供生技公司發展微生物產品之資材,作為登記微生物殺蟲劑。本試驗擬和八田生技股份有限公司共同合作探討高氏淡紫菌製劑在杭菊田間對斜紋夜盜(Spodoptera litura)之生物防治效果,並搭配八田生技公司自行開發之微生物胺基酸製劑來探討綜合效果。
