Abstract:	本研究探討各國提升青年全球移動力之相關政策及做法，了解值得借鏡與參考之處，最後提出以下幾點對政府規劃及執行相關政策之建議：1.積極鼓勵企業出資，共同培育所需人才。2.地方政府盤點人才需求，培育當地青年至海外研習後回國服務。3.提供更多留學獎學金，積極培育頂尖優秀人才。
