Abstract:	銷售時點情報系統（Point of Sale System，POS）種類相當多元，系統伴隨著科技技術與市場需求不停地在更新面貌，因此，如何將資訊科技應用至餐旅管理之中，藉以增加餐旅企業競爭力，變成一個非常重要的課題。本研究以質性研究之個案分析法（Case Study），藉由透過SWOT分析新創產業中火紅的iChef資廚的銷售時點情報系統開發策略，探討銷售時點情報系統未來發展趨勢。
