    Abstract: 銷售時點情報系統(Point of Sale System,POS)種類相當多元,系統伴隨著科技技術與市場需求不停地在更新面貌,因此,如何將資訊科技應用至餐旅管理之中,藉以增加餐旅企業競爭力,變成一個非常重要的課題。 本研究以質性研究之個案分析法(Case Study),藉由透過SWOT分析新創產業中火紅的iChef資廚的銷售時點情報系統開發策略,探討銷售時點情報系統未來發展趨勢。
