This research also examined the difference of work motivation by following personal characteristic such as age, sex, work experiences, position and income level. After evaluating the employees’ behavior, we found that recognition, salary and benefits, and communication impact on TID’s work motivation positively and work conditions reversely related to TID’s work motivation.
