Abstract:	Antrodia cinnamomea 即為台灣藥用菇類中相當知名的牛樟芝，許多研究已證實其萃取物對抑制癌細胞生長具相當的成效，然多數研究中對牛樟芝的基因分類不甚清楚，所選用鑑定的基因區間(16S rRNA)並無法有效地區別同種間不同species 之牛樟芝，導致多數牛樟芝品種雖有外型上的差異卻無法有效地將其分類。故，本研究選擇ITS (16s rRNA ~ 23S rRNA)基因區間，設計專一性引子與探針，利用基因定序儀將基因地序後，進一步與NCBI(NationalCenter for Biotechnology Information)資料庫比對。結果發現，所定序的基因區間的確可以鑑定並分辨出不同之species，相關基因序列資訊已上傳NCBI 資料庫，經確認無誤後，已收錄於資料庫中(JQ945230，JQ945231)。
