Abstract: This paper proposes a five-phase process to explan why the hospitality services can be
an innovative strategy in sustainable tourism. Our contributions within this paper onhospitality services (the whole process from accommodation, check-in, living, and check-out)can be interpreted as innovative strategy, and make the non-major-city hotel an important rolein sustainable tourism. The major reason is international tourists prefer to be far away frompollution caused by major cities. And then they find that a non-major-city hotel provides alocal food & beverage, cultural, and ecology environment. Therefore, non-major-city hotelsbasically play a different role than major-city hotels.
