    Title: 利用蛋白質體學方法研究没食子酸對皮膚癌細胞之抗腫瘤影響

    Abstract: Gallic acid (GA) has long been associated with a wide range of biological
    activities. In this study, its anti-tumor effect against B16F10 melanoma cells was
    examined by MTT assay, cell migration assay, wound healing assay and flow
    cytometric analysis. GA with a concentration greater than 400 M shows apoptotic
    activity towards B16F10 cells. According to Western blotting, over-expressions of
    cleaved forms of caspase-9, caspase-3, and PARP-1, and apropoptic Bax and Bad,
    accompanied with under-expressed antiapoptotic Bcl-2 and Bcl-XL indicates that GA
    induces B16F10 cell apoptosis via mitochondrial pathway.
