    Abstract: 教育單位之領導者一如一般組織之領導者,在競爭的環境下,無可避的需面對維護組織目標之挑戰。許多研究顯示,校長領導型與教師工作滿意為影響學校效能之兩大重要因素,多數學者亦發現校長領導型態重大影響教師工作滿意度,清楚了解此二要素,將有助於達到學校目標及增進學校效能。因此,本文將探討領導、教師工作滿意及其兩者關係之理論及相關研究。
