    Abstract: 在全球化的競爭壓力下,消費模式不斷改變,整體消費市場面臨巨大的變革,企業營收來源主要是依靠新顧客和重複購買的老顧客消費。因此,在競爭激烈的環境中,企業如何與顧客維持緊密的關係,將是公司能否獲得競爭優勢的關鍵因素之一。RFID無線射頻識別技術在各種領域中的應用已經日趨普遍,相關技術的發展方興未艾,本文將介紹以RFID技術提昇顧客關係管理的應用案例,並探討運用RFID技術提供消費者客製化服務時,是否產生消費者隱私資料外洩之疑慮,以作為企業運用RFID技術之參考。
