Abstract:	清華大學藏戰國竹簡(壹)》自2010年12月公佈之後，其中包括〈尹至〉、〈尹誥〉、〈金縢〉、〈保訓〉、〈程寤〉、〈皇門〉、〈祭公之顧命〉、〈耆夜〉、〈楚居〉等九篇簡文，提供不少戰國時代文字、思想研究的新資料，也可與《尚書》、《逸周書》等傳世文獻相互校證，成為學術界最新的研究焦點。本文乃在整理者以及諸位專家學者的研究基礎上，針對〈皇門〉、〈祭公之顧命〉等篇簡文部分考釋有所分歧或不足的地方，提出個人研究意見來加以探究。
