    Abstract: 名為「技職體系國文範文教學與設計」,其實仍在國文教學。而國文在大學校院,皆大一必修課程,技職校院亦復如是,目的都在基礎課程的養成。
    國文教學,所重在意涵,語其要義,仍在字詞、句式、義旨、作法及讀誦五者。五者中,字詞取其單文,句式取其相貫,義旨取其精要,作法取其析論,而讀誦取其聲感,綜匯說來,不外促成教學的通貫。易言之,教師對於上述條件,均要有所具備,不僅要能字能句,能析能論,尚且要能諷誦流轉。無論如何,重點皆在教師平時的素養,素養佳,對國學學脈深入理解,以之教學,就能駕輕就熟,游刃有餘。
    或有人問:時有異,人亦有異,如何而能教學不墜?簡言之,專業之外,教師還須具相當的愛心與耐心,頑石既能點頭,何況於人!學生既為人,即有受教權利,教師不耐其煩,教之導之,使頑不為頑,石不為石,久之,即能蘊化而為智慧的寶玉。語云:「運用之妙,在乎一心。」耑此互勉。
